I just saw Mary Carey being interviewed on Countdown with Keith Olbermann and she was so cool. She gushed about how Republicans partied as much as porn stars and gave some strange tidbits about the political and business networking she engaged in, as well as the fear of various people that she'd misbehave or be photographed with prominent politicians.

The best line, though, was when Ken wished her a happy birthday and - true to form - asked her how old she was. Her response, and I have to paraphrase from memory, is along the lines of, I'm twenty-five but porn years are like dog years so really I'm like sixty...

Even Ken couldn't say anything to that.

Anyway, I've never seen any of Mary's films but now may seek some out, just because she seems so cool and funny. And really, shouldn't we expect at least that much from our porn stars?
