Shokumushi Shojo 2: Gokiburi O Ku Onna
According to my wife, that translates to Insectivore Girl 2: The Woman Who Eats Roaches. I read about this on Fleshbot which found it on DoubleViking.com. Judging by the nude-with-cockroaches shots on the DVD sleeve, this behavior is apparently considered arousing by some segment of the Japanese population.
The insect-eating girl is Saeki Tomo, and the back of the sleeve proclaims: "She's Crazy!"
No shit.
And lest we forget: this is a sequel. They sold enough copies of the first volume - and perhaps had enough unresolved plot points - to make a sequel conceivable.
I'm betting it'll at least be a trilogy.
