Pajamas and Courtrooms
So I was surfing through various news channels this morning when I heard this line on The Abrams Report, uttered by Dan Abrams himself:
"Isn't it the defense attorney's responsibility to make sure his client does not come to court in pajama pants?"
I thought that was hilarious, but after a few minutes I realized there isn't a clear-cut answer. I mean, what if you're an elderly mafia don trying to escape prison time and pretending to be incompetent?
Beyond that, I have nothing to say on the Jackson case. Really, I don't.
